Together with the Lighthouse Church in Camden, Resurgo is now looking for passionate, motivated and highly organised individuals with outstanding coaching skills to manage Spear Centre in Camden from late-summer 2019.

The role of Centre Manager is to oversee the day to day running of the Spear programme at the centre to enable excellent delivery of the Spear programme as an expression of the Christian life and faith. You will have responsibility for coaching and developing the Graduate and Lead coaches at the Spear centre, and together with the partner church you will develop local networking and partnership opportunities.

You will be highly self-motivated and have strong leadership skills and initiative, with excellent organisational skills and confidence working with corporates, as well as at least two years’ experience in training and development design and delivery.

This is a pivotal role working closely with the Lighthouse Church staff teams to facilitate meaningful and lasting impact in their local communities. Because the Spear Programme is run in partnership with the church, the role requires that the successful applicant becomes an integrated member of the partner church community.
