Coaching for Leadership

We believe coaching is the best approach to management, and we’re here to convince you of the same. Coaching for Leadership equips your leaders with practical coaching skills, empowering them to deliver effective one-to-ones, lead truly engaging meetings, and create real buy-in from their direct reports.

Who?

If you’re in a leadership role, line managing direct reports, or facilitating meetings or training, then Coaching for Leadership is for you. 

The programme counts towards 35 hours of International Coaching Federation accreditation via the portfolio pathway. 

What?

The programme includes sessions on: 

  • One to one coaching 
  • Facilitating a group 
  • Managing conflict 
  • Delegating effectively 
  • Establishing buy-in 
  • Behavioural preferences 

Places cost £3,000 +VAT, with bursaries available for charities. 

How?

The programme consists of 5 full-day sessions over a 6-week period, comprising a mixture of group and individual work, and an assessment day with feedback. 

Been to countless other, if you’re honest, ineffective, corporate training days? Rest assured, Coaching for Leadership is a bit different. We’re light on theory and heavy on practice, encouraging you to get really stuck in with live coached exercises.
