Rosie is the Director of Strategy & Finance at Resurgo, working with the team to set our vision and develop and implement plans to get there.

She was previously a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and at social consultancy the Good Faith Partnership, where she led projects that brought different groups together to tackle social challenges. Rosie has over 10 years’ experience in the charity and social enterprise sector, where she specialised in designing and delivering programmes to deliver sustainable social change at scale.

Rosie is the Chair of the RAMP Project, a cross-party not for profit informing refugee, asylum, and migration policy. She has a MPhil in Medieval History from the University of Cambridge.
