Resurgo has been named as Youth Employment Provider of the Year at ERSA’s Employability Awards 2024.  

These awards, from the Employment Related Services Association, are considered amongst the most prestigious accolades in the sector, and recognise outstanding contributions by a range of providers.  

Having been shortlisted alongside a number of other impressive organisations, Resurgo went on to win the Youth Employment award category, endorsing their Spear Programme as an initiative that “demonstrate[s] outstanding success in engaging and supporting young people.” 

The Spear Programme supports out-of-work 16-24-year-olds to overcome the barriers they face, and to find and thrive in employment. It has a proven track-record of impressive results, and ambitious plans to grow its reach across the UK.

This award serves as testament to both.
