Day to day, you’ll coach on the Spear Programme and be an integral part of your placement church’s team. We’ll also train you (formally and on the job) in the following 6 modules:
Spiritual leadership | Self leadership | Group coaching skills | 1:1 coaching skills | Social impact management | Professional and management skills |
…we’ll support you to either grow as a Spear Coach in our Lead Coach role, or to apply for a central team role to develop a broader set of skills, especially for those interested in charity leadership.
