Emily heads up the for-profit arm of Resurgo. She is an accredited International Coach Federation coach at PCC level and has a Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She previously worked in Kenya as a blended learning designer and facilitator and has worked as a Spear coach and Coaching Manager within Resurgo. Emily began her career as a secondary school teacher through the Teach First programme.
