Catherine, who completed Spear in Bethnal Green and featured our 2016 Spear film, was featured on Channel 4 news on Monday 2nd April, as part of a piece on mental health support for young people. Catherine shared part of her story of her life before Spear, when she was suffering from depression and anxiety, and getting help through Spear to grow her confidence and find employment.
