Resurgo has been chosen as a winner of the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award, which is given to organisations whose internal training is recognised to be of exceptional quality.

Following an inspection by an independent assessor, we were thrilled to be named as a recipient, along with 40 other UK businesses and organisations, including Barclays, MacMillan and Waitrose.

The assessors were impressed with Resurgo’s Coaching for Leadership programme, offered to all staff as well as to corporate clients, and our ongoing coaching training for Spear staff, enabling them to use executive coaching techniques to impact the lives of young people.

The award was presented to Jo Rice, Resurgo’s Managing Director, by the Princess Royal, Princess Anne, at St James’ Palace on 2nd November. Jo said, “We are proud that the quality of the training offered to Resurgo staff has been recognised to be of such exceptional quality. We are thrilled to be awarded with such a prestigious award.”
